Western Arkansas Ballet is a completely non-profit, 501c(3) agency. Western Arkansas Ballet is a non-profit 501(c)(3) performing arts organization. There are two reasons Western Arkansas Ballet has chosen to be a non-profit organization. It allows the instructors and staff to concentrate on quality teaching and inspiring performances; therefore, allowing the board of directors to make the business decisions. Western Arkansas Ballet’s non-profit status allows for more exposure to the art of dance not only to Western Arkansas Ballet’s students but to the community, also. Our non-profit status has enabled us to develop various outreach programs. The monies collected for tuitions and ticket sales at performances do not cover all of our operating expenses. We depend of fundraising events to provide financial support of our mission. Fundraising events also support our scholarship funds, which are available to students who desire to dance but do not have the financial means to do so.
Our annual fundraising events are listed below. For more information on how to sponsor, participate, or get involved contact the studio at 479-785-0152.
